好久沒寫blog了

嗯..最近都沒什麽寫這個blog了，我多數是在6P的blog blogging。
很sienz啊！

昨天，突發奇想。因爲恩他們三個給我看了個‘換位合同’，真的有點嚇倒！
所以，我成爲了驗證官，回家重新打了份合同。如下：

PLACE SITED CONTRACT
換位合同
FOR THE YEAR 2009
ADDRESS:
1B ,SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEBANGSAAN HWA LIAN MENTAKAB,
28400 PAHANG DARUL MAKMUR.

當事人，沈芊瑜、陈韵如、颜妤恩三位，申請此合同，作爲法律效用。
The client, Miss Sam Chien Yee, Miss Ting Yunn Lu and Miss Ngan Yu En three person,
apply for this contract, aimed to take it as law effective.
合同内容：
Content Contract :
i) 當事人沈芊瑜，座位為左邊。
i)The first client, Miss Sam Chien Yee, sited at the left side.
ii) 當事人陈韵如，座位在上半段時間，為右邊；下班段時間時，位置改去中間。
ii)The second client, Miss Ting Yunn Lu, the place sited at the upper part time is the right
side; while at the lower part time is the middle side.
iii)當事人颜妤恩，座位在上半段時間，為中間； 下半段時間時，位置改去右邊。
iii)The third client, Miss Ngan Yu En, the place sited at the upper part time is the middle side;
while at the lower part time is the right side.
以上規定條件需要有三位當事人的認同，一旦有一方不苟同，此合同立即作廢。
Above stupulate term must have the three client's readily agree, if one side client has
something oppose, this contract will instantly become invalid.
附帶條件：
Additional article:
(1) 此附帶條例在法律效用下，可隨時刪除其中的任何一條。
(1)This additional articles can be strike out anytime under the law effective.
(2) 若其中一位當事人在合同生效期期間認爲受到外界干擾，進而提出更換座位條件，
另兩位當事人有權不選擇同意，而那位當事人的話可以不授予理會。
(2)While this contract go into effect from the date of signature, if one of the three client
consider that she was disturb by the external world, put forward to change the content
(her sit), another two client have power not to agreed with her demand, and the client's
talking is seen not to pay any attention of law effective.
(2) 依据附帶條件（1），若另兩位當事人同意第一位當事人的要求，其代表律師將可
上訴法庭，要求將此合同做出更改、調動。
(2)According to the additional article (1) ,if the another two client agreed with the first client
's demand, the first client's representative lawyer can appeal to a higher court, request for
changing or editing again this contract.
法律賠償
Law compensate
一旦三方當事人中的其中一位觸犯條約，自行更改座位位置，法律將採取嚴厲懲罰。
If one of the client among the three client violate the treaty, change her sit without any law
permission, she will accepted the legal sanction.
(i) 金錢賠償- 另兩位當事人可向觸犯條例的那位當事人索取賠償，賠償金在1仙至20仙的
範圍以内。
(i)money pay for- The another two client can ask for the money compensate from the client
who violate the treaty, the money pay for is in the limits between 1 sen to 20 sen.
(i)之附帶條文(1)- 若另兩位當事人向觸犯條文的當事人索取的賠償金超出于限制，那位
觸犯了條文的當事人有權利向法庭提出申訴，那兩位當事人可被告違約賠償金條例，
而矛頭將會轉指向那兩位當事人的身上去。
(i)·attach treaty(1)- If the another two client ask for the more money compensate from the
client that violate the treaty out of the limits, the client who asked for exceed money
compensate has power to appeal to the higher authorities. The two client will be sue as
break rules and regulations of money compensate.
(i)之附帶條文(2)- 若觸犯條例的那位當事人不依照合同所規定的賠償法去做，即不願給
予任何賠償金，將可被那兩位當事人的代表律師控告違約。
(i)·attach treaty(2)- If the client who violate the treaty did not pay the money compensate
according to the contract, she will be sue by the another two client's representative lawyer.
(ii)官司，即決定以後享有座位更改權的當事人- 傳召三方的代表律師上庭，進行最後
判決。所得的判決結果不得有異，否則依照刑事典例處決，即刑事處決。
(ii)lawsuit, as make up one's mind that which clients will get the authority to change the sit
hereafter forever. The result is has no choice to oppose, or she will be execute in accordance
with the criminal law.

So , 我最後看了賴可欣寫的short stories（華文的短篇小説）,是以鬼故事為主題的，
我不時發現，自己當時寫的呢？呵呵，不知跑到哪去啦！
所以，我非常欣賞這些學生，有志氣！會自己學習創作故事，真不愧啊！
最後，提醒：（我的鍵盤輸入法不知爲何該去了繁體字，所以我以後打的東西都只有繁體字，悲慘哪！）
